How to make a sexy dress in 15-20 minutes

using a skirt in your closet.

I made this trendy dress in 15-20 mins, it was once a pair of pants, a skirt and now a sexy dress for ladies night! This style is one of my favorites and its very simple to do.  Take a look at the video below before creating your D.I.Y. dress!

Steps:
1.Try on the dress to see what length is comfortable enough to move/twerk. Keep in mind that what you have left will be the top part of your dress.
2.Cut
3. Cut the remnant from the skirt in half to create two pieces of fabric.
4. Fold the individual pieces in half evenly with the right sides together. Sew down the length of the fabric.
6.Flip the fabric so that the right sides are showing.
7. Place fabric inside your skirt and pin where you feel your bust will be comfortably covered.
8. Sew where the pins are placed.
9. Fold the top of your fabric pieces down two inches. Make sure you fold the fabric down on the side that will not be visible.
10.Find a belt, necklace, shoestring or any accessory you think will look good with your new dress and slide it through the tunnel.
