Black Panther 90's Hat Tutorial

If you haven't already, you need to go see Black Panther!

 

Marvel's Black Panther has already grossed over 700 million dollars and it's only been two weeks. They "put their foot in this movie"! LOL

 I saw the movie opening night and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. We heard about this movie last year and we were all so excited that I just knew it wouldn't live up to the hype. To my surprise, it most definitely did, it was phenomenal and exceeded my expectations. The movie is full of glorious and powerful images of black and brown superheroes and their outfits are freakinggggg SICK! The costume designer Ruth E. Carter made excellent choices. Her design choices were so marvelous that I noticed some of the accessories starting with the first scene in Wakanda, there was a close up on earrings that Queen Ramonda(pictured above) wore, from then on I knew the fashion choices in the movie would be iconic. This movie inspired me to make my own version of Ramonda's signature hat. I did this by combineing a little bit of my personal style and some panther ears! ;-)
